🏠Occupant Census – A Message from Invicta Property Management
Dear Residents,
At Invicta Property Management, we’re committed to keeping your community compliant, informed, and well-maintained. As part of that commitment, we’re conducting our annual Occupant Census per Massachusetts state law.
Why This Census Matters
State regulations—M.G.L. Chapter 51, Section 10A, and Chapter 183A, Section 4—require all condominium associations to report the names and dates of birth of residents living in each unit as of January 1st. This information is submitted to the local city governments to support a variety of civic and legal processes, such as:
Voter registration updates
School district planning
Municipal resource allocation
Legal compliance for associations and property owners
Failing to report this information could lead to compliance issues for the Association—and, by extension, for you as a resident or unit owner.
Your Role
To ensure we fulfill these obligations, we ask all residents to participate by completing the census form as accurately and promptly as possible. It only takes a few minutes and helps align your building and community with local requirements.
Important for Boston Residents: The Boston Election Department only requires information for residents aged 17 or older. For other cities, information is required for anyone age 3 and up.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this important form. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the Invicta team.
