The Regional Manager oversees all Property Managers, ensures each meets company expectations, and maintains Invicta’s high operational standards. They are key in training, support, and quality control across our portfolio.

Our Property Managers are the direct point of contact for residents and clients. They oversee day-to-day operations at each property, manage administration, and coordinate between maintenance teams and clients. Their role is essential in keeping everything running smoothly on the ground.

Operations Managers are responsible for managing all maintenance tickets and project requests. They work closely with vendors and clients to define scopes of work, coordinate timelines, and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently. They focus on documentation, communication, and follow-through, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The Admin team is the first point of contact for many inquiries. They manage scheduling and call intake, helping route questions or requests to the appropriate department quickly and efficiently.

Our Accounting Department handles all property-related financials. They provide ongoing evaluations, manage budgets, and generate financial projections to help our clients make informed decisions and keep properties financially sound.

Our 24/7 Maintenance Call Center is available 365 days a year. This team logs all maintenance tickets, collects detailed information from residents, and works with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and accurate responses. Their around-the-clock availability ensures no issue goes unnoticed.

While our in-house accounting team provides property-level financial oversight, including budgeting and ledger management, we collaborate with CPA firms specializing in real estate tax preparation. These trusted partners work closely with us to support our clients' tax needs and ensure real estate-specific tax requirements compliance.

Invicta Property Management maintains strong partnerships with several reputable law firms throughout the Greater Boston area. Each legal partner brings specialized expertise in areas such as HOA governance, rental property law, and eviction proceedings. While legal services are billed independently at the discretion of the firm, these attorneys come highly recommended by our management team based on their proven track record and experience in the field.
